Annalisa Carrillo-Fulk

Administrative Assistant

With 25+ years of formal dance training, Annalisa (she/hers) believes that all life is a dance where every day you get to pick your music and dance style, a mantra that is possibly as vast as her interests and early career experiences. After studying dance, ethnomusicology and digital arts at UC Irvine - graduating with a BA in cultural Anthropology - Annalisa danced her way into a UC career, beginning as a student intern, followed by roles as a specialist and eventually the manager of high school and first-year student enrichment programs with the UC Irvine Division of Summer Session. Meanwhile, Annalisa provided events and administrative support to community organizations focused on youth soccer, jazz music, and world dance education. After working (and leading Salsa and Bachata dance sessions for staff) in Yellowstone National Park and Catalina Island, Annalisa joined the UCSC Transportation and Parking Services- Event Parking team in Summer 2020. In June 2021, Annalisa joined the Arts Division, an exciting culmination of her passion for art and interest in the business processes which breathe life into artistic visions. Annalisa will assist the ARI executive staff through the maintenance and development of financial and programmatic processes, and tracking the ARI budget as well as the progress of research awards.
